If the throttle stuck or doesn’t bounce back while riding, please follow the below procedure to troubleshoot;
1. Please check the clearance between the throttle & handlebar grip, If the throttle is too close to the handlebar grip it might be causing the throttle to stuck while pressing
2. After adjusting the handbar grip if throttle still stuck, it needs to replace the throttle.

The vehicle has a stuck/obvious shaking phenomenon
Solution:
If the vehicle stuck or has shaking phenomenon while riding, please follow below procedure to troubleshoot;
1. Check whether the front & rear wheel tire pressure is low?
2. Open the chassis/foot pad cover to check if the motor wires are plugged in properly
3. There might be Controller or the Motor is damaged and needs to be replaced

Unable to Reach Max. Speed
Error Detail:
When riding, the maximum speed of the vehicle is unable to reach the advertised speed
Solution:
1. Please check if the Battery is fully charged
2. Please check if the customer is using the Sports Mode to reach Top Speed
3. Ensure the Cx weight and check the Payload is within the recommended Limit
4. Ensure that Cx is riding on a flat road or Uphill. If riding uphills can reduce the max-speed.
5. Check the Tire pressure and ensure that the tires are inflated properly as per recommended tire pressure.
6. Drag the scooter and check if the motor is stuck Or the brake pads are fully pressed and causing the wheel to stuck.
7. Please provide the Idling Test Video, Below is the Idling Test Procedure;
Power ON the scooter, lift the motor wheel and rotate it manually with hand; when dashboard speed reaches over 5KM/H, Press the throttle to increase the speed and see if motor rotates normally or there is any blockage; press the brake to see if the scooter has normal braking and motor is stopped. Check if the can reached to its top speed of 25KM/H

Error Detail:
Unable to brake while riding or there is contineous braking while riding
Solution:
1. Adjust the brake pad hose to the center position through two screws at the top side of the brake.
2. If the brake pads are worn flat or abnormal noise occurs, the disc brake hose should be replaced

Handlebar Wobbling

Error Detail:
Push the handlebar back and forth, feeling loose
Solution:
1. Check if the stem top 4 screws are loose, if loose re-tighten them
2. Check the the folding mechanism 2 bottom screws are loose, if loose tighten them
3. Unfold the scooter and check If the folding mechanism center screw is loose, re-tight the screw
