Error Detail:
The vehicle is unable to be paired with the APP
Solution:
Check if the vehicle is unable to pair with the APP, you need to use the following procedure to troubleshoot;
1. Check if the mobile phone Bluetooth is enable, and ensure the scooter and mobile are within the effective Bluetooth range or usually a few meters
2. Replug the stem terminal and main control wire terminal
3. Try to restart the phone or re-install the app and try again.
4. Check if the vehicle is binded by someone else, it needs to unbind from the previous owner first if anyone else wants to pair the scooter with APP
5. Reset the vehicle bluetooth, Hold the brake lever, quickly press the power button five times in sequence until you hear a “beep” sound from the scooter, which indicates that the Bluetooth reset is successful

After power on the vehicle, it emits a continuous beep and the speed is limited
Solution:
Before using the vehicle for the first time, you must need to activate your vehicle, Vehicle activation steps are as follows;
1. Scan the QR code to download and Install the recommended APP as per the quick start guide manual from the packing box.
2. Power on the vehicle, a blinking Bluetooth icon indicates the vehicle is waiting to be connected
3. Open the downloaded APP, Click on (Link my device), and follow the instructions to link your vehicle.

Firmware Upgrade Failure

Firmware Upgrade Failure
Error Detail:
When upgrading FW, App prompts upgrade failure
Solution:
When the upgrade fails, please first confirm whether the mobile network signals are normal during the upgrade process and ensure that the Bluetooth is connected (the Bluetooth sign on the display is steady on), then confirm the upgrade again, if still fails, delete the APP, restart the phone, download the APP again and try to upgrade the firmware.

Unable to Search the Vehicle

Unable to Search the Vehicle
Error Detail:
When trying to connect , unable to seacrch the vehicle on APP
Solution:
1. Please check if the customer is using the correct APP
2. If using the correct APP but still unable to search the vehicle when trying to connect, Please contact customer services, provide SN (Serial Number) & Model Number to the customer services agent and we will try to resolve the issue in the back end.
