If the vehicle is unable to fully charged , you need to use the following procedure to troubleshoot;
1. Use the app to connect with vehicle, upgrade the vehicle firmware to the lasted version and then confirm whether it can be fully charged or not.
2. Check if Cx is using the original charger to charge the vehicle
3. Plug in the charger and check if the charger indicator is red while charging the scooter, if it red it means scooter is in charging state but if it is green it means the charger is faulty and need to replace. if the charger indicator is red but the scooter is still unable to charge there might be battery issue.
