Error Detail:
While riding unable to switch speed gears
Solution:
1. Unable to switch the gear or change the speed, adjust the rear derailleur knob, gently rotate it to counterclockwise for adjustment and check if still unable to change gear,

Handlebar Wobbling

Handlebar Wobbling
Error Detail:
Push the handlebar back and forth, feeling loose
Solution:
1. Check if the upper bowlset is loose, if so tighten it.
2. Check if the upper bowlset locking screws are loose, if so tighten it.” If handlebar is still wobbling;

Unable to Accelerate

Unable to Accelerate
Error Detail:
Throttle Stuck/Didn’t Rebounce Back
Solution:
1. Check if the throttle is stuck or didn’t rebounce back to its original position;
2. Check the dashboard to see if its on 0 gear, if yes, please change it to 1, 2 or 3 for accelerate.
3. If both above solution doesn’t work, please cross validate to see if the throttle, controller & motor are defective, need to replace them in turn to find out the faulty part.

Unable to Reach Top Speed

Unable to Reach Top Speed
Error Detail:
When riding, the maximum speed of the the vehicle is unable to reach the advertised speed
Solution:
1. Check if the battery is fully charged?
2. Check if the tires are flat? Inflate the tire to the recommended tire pressure.

Error Detail:
Unable to brake while riding
Solution:
1. Adjust the knobs on the left and right brake lever
2. Adjust the knob on the disc brake
3. Adjust to tighten the brake wire to see if it can brake normally.
