Error Detail:
The vehicle is unable to charge
Solution:
1. Check if the charger is faulty and might needs to be replaced
2. Check when plug in the charger, if the charger indicator is always green or it changes from green to red. The red light indicates normal charging, and the green light indicates that the battery is fully charged or cannot be charged. If always the green light and the charger cannot be charged, the charger needs to be replaced.
3. If the charger works fine, but still can’t charge the battery, then it needs to check if the battery is faulty and might needs to replace the battery.
