If there is abnormal noise coming from the motor or motor stuck intermittently , you need to use the following procedure to troubleshoot: 1. Check whether the connection terminals between the motor and controller are loose or disconnected. 2. Check whether the push switch has poor contact and the front and rear wheels are stuck or not. 3. Push the vehicle and check if the motor stucks intermittently so it means the motor or controller is faulty and might needs to be replaced
