Stem top screws are hard to tighten when assembling the stem top
Solution:
1. Insert the stem top into the standpipe, adjust the angle, make sure the all screw holes are alligned.
2. Firstly, pre-tighten all 4 screws in turn, and then cross-tighten all the screws.
